We are seeking a visionary Director of GTM Systems & Architecture to lead the strategic development and implementation of our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring our technology infrastructure, data flows, and operational processes are robust, scalable, and perfectly aligned with Legora's ambitious growth trajectory. You will be instrumental in shaping how Legora sells, renews, and grows by architecting a world-class GTM technology stack.
• • As the Director of GTM Systems & Architecture, you will own the long-term vision and execution of our GTM systems. This includes defining the overarching architecture that seamlessly integrates our tools, data, and processes, ensuring they support and accelerate our sales, renewal, and growth strategies. You will establish critical governance, security, and change control frameworks, which are essential for maintaining system integrity and enabling sustainable scale as the company expands globally. A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with the Head of RevOps, Finance, and Data teams to ensure our systems and processes are in lockstep with overarching company objectives and financial targets.
• • A significant part of your mandate will be to identify and implement opportunities for automation, consolidation, and efficiency across the entire GTM technology landscape. This proactive approach will streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance the productivity of our GTM teams. You will be tasked with extending the capabilities of Salesforce, our core platform, to encompass the broader GTM ecosystem. This involves designing and implementing integrations that create a seamless journey from Lead generation through to Opportunity management, and from Quote generation to Cash realization.
• • You will be responsible for architecting clean, reliable, and scalable data flows between our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance departments. The goal is to establish a unified, single source of truth for all customer and revenue-related data, enabling accurate reporting and informed decision-making. Close partnership with the Data Engineering team will be crucial to align Salesforce and Snowflake data models, facilitating unified analytics and robust downstream reporting. Furthermore, you will evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors, ensuring all integrations meet stringent standards for data quality, scalability, and governance.
• • As the primary architect and owner of Salesforce, you will manage the platform end-to-end. This encompasses the data model, automation capabilities (including Flows and Apex), security protocols, and reporting frameworks. You will design and maintain scalable, auditable workflows that govern the entire customer lifecycle, from lead routing and opportunity progression to quoting, billing, and renewals. Defining precise roles, permissions, and data hygiene standards will be paramount to ensuring security, accuracy, and consistency across all GTM functions. Establishing comprehensive documentation, implementing rigorous change management processes, and employing version control will be essential for maintaining the reliability and traceability of all system modifications.
• • Beyond technical ownership, this role carries significant leadership responsibilities. You will be instrumental in building and mentoring a future GTM Systems & Data team as Legora continues its rapid scaling. Partnering with Enablement and Operations leaders, you will drive user adoption, deliver effective training programs, and champion system hygiene best practices. You will act as a trusted advisor to GTM and Finance leadership, skillfully balancing the drive for innovation with the need for control and the imperative for data-driven insights. This role is for a hands-on operator with a strategic mindset, capable of designing, implementing, and scaling complex systems while also leading and developing a high-performing team.
