• • The Director of Hardware Products will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Dandy's physical hardware, including our foundational Vision scanner and Dandy Cart. This individual will be instrumental in shaping the physical experience that embodies our brand and ensures a seamless, integrated digital journey for our users. A relentless focus on the end-user experience is paramount, requiring a deep understanding of both electrical and mechanical engineering principles. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable engaging with manufacturing partners and vendors on the factory floor as they are presenting strategic, long-term product roadmaps to executive leadership.
• • A core responsibility will be to define and elevate the Hardware Standard for Dandy. This involves taking complete ownership of the design, successful launch, and continuous improvement of our physical products.
