  • • Sevaro is at the forefront of revolutionizing neurological care, leveraging advanced technology, data-driven insights, and a deep commitment to patient well-being to dismantle geographical barriers in healthcare. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Hospital Partnerships for the Northeast Region to spearhead the expansion of our innovative tele-neurology services across this vital territory.
  • • This is a pivotal, client-facing role demanding a consultative sales approach, where you will be instrumental in forging and nurturing strategic alliances with hospitals and health systems. Your primary objective will be to drive Sevaro's growth by establishing meaningful connections, demonstrating clinical credibility, and showcasing profound expertise within the healthcare landscape.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a robust background in technology sales, with a particular emphasis on health tech or telehealth solutions. You must possess the exceptional ability to articulate complex, technology-driven offerings into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with both clinical and administrative decision-makers within healthcare institutions.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of partnership development, from initial outreach and relationship building to the successful negotiation and onboarding of new hospital partners. You will act as a crucial liaison, serving as a clinical subject matter expert and a trusted advisor to hospital leadership, clinical teams, and administrative staff.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves understanding the unique challenges and strategic goals of each partner institution. You will meticulously analyze their needs and demonstrate how Sevaro's tele-neurology solutions can address critical gaps in care, improve patient outcomes, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to their overall strategic objectives.
  • • You will lead a sophisticated, technology-focused sales process, guiding potential partners through the intricacies of our services and ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to valued collaborator. This includes managing the entire contracting and onboarding lifecycle, ensuring all parties are aligned and prepared for successful program deployment.
  • • Collaboration is paramount. You will work closely with Sevaro’s internal clinical, implementation, and executive teams to guarantee the smooth execution of new programs and the sustained success of ongoing partnerships. This cross-functional synergy ensures that we not only secure new business but also deliver exceptional value and support to our existing partners.
  • • Beyond securing new partnerships, you will be tasked with identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities within established accounts. This involves proactively proposing innovative, tech-enabled service enhancements that further deepen our value proposition and strengthen our long-term relationships.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve translating Sevaro’s cutting-edge, technology-driven solutions into tangible, compelling benefits that address the specific needs and priorities of both clinical and administrative stakeholders. Your ability to simplify complex technical concepts and demonstrate clear ROI will be critical.
  • • You will be an ambassador for Sevaro, representing the company at key industry events, conferences, and crucial partner meetings. This public-facing aspect of the role requires a polished and professional demeanor, coupled with a deep understanding of the tele-neurology market.
  • • Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to ensure a strong alignment between the strategic goals of our partner hospitals and Sevaro’s overarching mission, thereby maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction and driving mutual success in delivering exceptional neurological care.
  • • This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the Eastern Time Zone, with a preference for candidates located in the Mid-Atlantic/New England Region, ensuring optimal engagement with the target territory. Occasional travel for critical onsite meetings and industry conferences will be required.
