- • Own the entire APAC hotel intelligence strategy for Duettoresearch, positioning HotStats as the definitive P&L benchmarking platform across 20+ countries and thousands of properties. You will translate complex financial and operational data into revenue-generating insights that hotel owners, asset managers, and operators cannot live without.
- • Build and nurture a high-value ecosystem of data contributors and subscribers. You will personally secure agreements with flagship hotel groups, independent luxury resorts, and institutional investors to expand our benchmarking pool, ensuring every new property added materially improves the predictive power of our analytics.
- • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from first discovery call to signed contract and renewal. You will craft bespoke ROI narratives for CFOs, GMs, and revenue directors, demonstrating how granular departmental benchmarking can unlock 3-7 % GOP uplift. Expect to close multi-year, six-figure deals and consistently exceed quarterly targets.
- • Act as the authoritative voice of hotel intelligence at marquee industry events such as AHICE, ITB Asia, and the Global Hotel Investment Summit. You will keynote on emerging profitability trends, moderate panels with C-suite executives, and host invitation-only roundtables that position Duettoresearch as the thought leader in APAC hospitality finance.
- • Translate market feedback into product innovation. You will collaborate with data science, engineering, and UX teams to prioritise new metrics, dashboards, and alerts that solve real-world P&L pain points—whether that is optimising labour cost ratios in F&B or benchmarking ancillary revenue per occupied room.
- • Architect and deliver a continuous-learning programme for both internal stakeholders and external partners. You will design certification tracks for revenue managers, create bite-sized micro-learning modules for asset teams, and host quarterly “Deep Dive” webinars that keep our community ahead of regulatory changes, inflationary pressures, and shifting demand patterns.
- • Champion data integrity and trust. You will institute rigorous validation protocols with contributors, run quarterly audits to ensure comparability across geographies, and publish transparent methodology notes that cement HotStats as the gold standard for hotel P&L benchmarking in APAC.
- • Leverage CRM and marketing automation to scale outreach without losing the personal touch. You will segment prospects by ownership structure, brand affiliation, and market tier, then orchestrate hyper-targeted email sequences, LinkedIn thought-leadership posts, and executive breakfast briefings that convert at 4× industry averages.
- • Mentor a distributed team of regional account executives and data consultants. You will set clear KPIs, run weekly pipeline reviews, and foster a culture of consultative selling where every interaction adds measurable value to the client’s bottom line.
- • Serve as the escalation point for the region’s largest accounts. When a flagship owner questions methodology or a REIT needs bespoke segmentation, you will parachute in with data-backed narratives that protect and expand annual recurring revenue.
- • Continuously scan the competitive and regulatory landscape. You will brief the executive team on emerging disruptors, new accounting standards, and macro-economic shocks—translating these signals into proactive product and pricing strategies that keep Duettoresearch two steps ahead.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years in a proactive, customer-facing role within hospitality, SaaS, or financial data services
- • Deep knowledge of hotel P&L statements, departmental cost structures, and industry KPIs such as RevPAR, TrevPAR, and GOPPAR
- • Exceptional presentation and public-speaking skills with a proven record of engaging C-suite audiences
- • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40 % across APAC, including multi-day stays for conferences and client workshops
- • Nice-to-have: Existing network of hotel owners, asset managers, and REIT decision-makers across APAC
