- • Lead and scale Loop’s Revenue Operations function to support rapid growth across Sales, Marketing, and Merchant Success teams.
- • Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and manage an established Revenue Operations team with clear ownership of outcomes.
- • Enhance analytics and insights capabilities to drive data-informed decision-making across the Go-To-Market organization.
- • Design and implement a more disciplined, scalable operating model that aligns processes, tools, and metrics across revenue-generating functions.
- • Partner closely with GTM leadership, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on targets, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- • Strengthen the foundation of existing RevOps systems, including CRM, billing, compensation, and reporting platforms, to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- • Drive cross-functional initiatives to eliminate silos, reduce friction, and increase visibility into revenue performance metrics.
- • Establish clear KPIs and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, customer retention, and revenue attribution.
- • Own the end-to-end revenue forecasting process, ensuring alignment between sales activity, marketing campaigns, and merchant success outcomes.
- • Evaluate and recommend new technologies or process improvements to enhance automation, data integrity, and operational scalability.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by translating complex data into actionable insights that influence business strategy.
- • Maintain a high bar for ownership, execution, and accountability across all RevOps initiatives.
- • Foster a culture of rigor, clarity, and continuous improvement within the Revenue Operations team.
- • Ensure all RevOps activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements related to data privacy and financial reporting.
- • Collaborate with HR and Finance to design and refine sales compensation plans that incentivize desired behaviors and align with company goals.
- • Act as the primary point of contact for revenue-related data queries from executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- • Contribute to the development of Loop’s Blended Working Environment by operating effectively across distributed teams in the United States, select Canadian provinces, and the United Kingdom.
- • Support the company’s mission by enabling scalable, repeatable, and predictable revenue growth through operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Head of Revenue Operations or similar senior RevOps leadership role in a high-growth company
- • Deep expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), revenue analytics platforms, and sales enablement tools
- • Strong background in designing and implementing scalable revenue processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional leadership and drive alignment without direct authority
- • Experience building and leading high-performing RevOps teams
- • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting with a focus on revenue metrics
