  • • Analyze social media performance data across digital platforms to evaluate campaign effectiveness for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients in a highly regulated environment.

  • • Translate complex social data into actionable strategic recommendations that align with therapeutic context, brand guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • • Collaborate with account, content, and strategy teams to ensure all marketing decisions are grounded in credible, context-aware analytics.
  • • Monitor and report on key performance indicators specific to healthcare advertising, including engagement quality, message resonance, and compliance adherence.
  • • Utilize proprietary and third-party social intelligence tools to extract, clean, and visualize data that informs campaign optimization and future planning.
  • • Maintain deep awareness of FDA, FTC, and other regulatory frameworks governing digital promotion in healthcare to ensure all insights and recommendations are compliant.
  • • Provide timely, clear, and compelling presentations of analytical findings to internal stakeholders and client teams.
  • • Identify gaps in social media strategy by comparing campaign outcomes against industry benchmarks and historical performance data.
  • • Support the development of standardized reporting templates and dashboards tailored to the unique needs of healthcare and life sciences clients.
  • • Stay current with evolving social media platforms, algorithm changes, and emerging digital trends relevant to pharmaceutical marketing.
  • • Ensure all data analysis respects patient privacy norms and avoids inappropriate inference or targeting in sensitive therapeutic areas.
  • • Work closely with the Head of Analytics to refine methodologies for measuring campaign impact in environments where direct attribution is limited.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal analytics processes by documenting best practices and flagging data quality issues.
  • • Serve as a subject matter expert on social intelligence within the healthcare advertising space, advising teams on the implications of social data for brand positioning.
  • • Balance quantitative metrics with qualitative understanding of audience behavior to deliver nuanced insights that go beyond surface-level engagement numbers.
  • • Maintain strict confidentiality of client data and proprietary analytics models used across campaigns.
  • • Participate in cross-functional planning sessions to align social intelligence findings with broader marketing and commercial objectives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising analytics
  • • Demonstrated expertise in social media listening and intelligence tools
