- • Lead and scale the Implementation team’s end-to-end performance, ensuring high-quality customer onboarding as Parachute Health grows its network of Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers across all 50 states.
- • Serve as a player-coach by managing a team of Implementation Managers while personally leading strategic customer engagements and complex digital transformations.
- • Onboard suppliers of medical equipment—including wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen devices, CPAP machines, and Continuous Glucose Monitors—to the Parachute digital ordering platform, aligning their workflows with the company’s configurable system.
- • Act as the internal expert on Parachute’s platform capabilities and integrations, advising Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams on solution design for high-priority clients.
- • Implement and monitor the activation of AI-driven intake and ordering platforms, tracking success metrics to optimize adoption and outcomes.
- • Develop and execute strategies for applying Parachute’s product features within existing customer workflows to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency.
- • Create standardized playbooks, templated roadmaps, and documentation for solutions, including technological assessments and workflow optimization guides for diverse customer segments.
- • Conduct tailored demos and end-user training sessions for HME provider staff, ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing support across all partner types—from small local providers to national suppliers.
- • Analyze and report on team performance and implementation success metrics, sharing insights cross-functionally to identify opportunities and address challenges.
- • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the speed, accuracy, and scalability of onboarding and transformation initiatives.
- • Collaborate with Product and Merchandising teams to communicate customer feedback from new product launches, ensuring product enhancements align with real-world user needs.
- • Drive the deployment of new product modules and growth initiatives across multiple customer segments, maintaining consistency and quality at scale.
- • Synthesize best practices from customer implementations into reusable frameworks that reduce time-to-value and improve customer satisfaction.
- • Maintain strong alignment with Customer Success, Growth, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless handoffs and coordinated execution on high-visibility projects.
- • Ensure all implementation activities comply with healthcare industry standards and support the company’s mission to improve patient outcomes through digital ordering.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or project-based work in healthcare or health tech, with minimum 3 years directly managing teams
- • Experience with set-up, configuration, technical integration, or administration of a SaaS product
- • Experience with complex project management and ability to guide stakeholders through large-scale organizational transformation
- • Broad knowledge of the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) landscape
- • Comfortable with tools such as Excel (advanced), Tableau, HubSpot, JIRA; experience with API integrations is a plus
- • Exposure to AI solutions, digital workflow automation, or system interoperability is a strong plus
