- • As a Director of Implementation, Enterprise and Commercial at Abridge, you will lead a team of implementers to ensure satisfaction, implementation quality, and conversion of pilots within enterprise and commercial customer segments, playing a vital role in driving product adoption and impactful outcomes.
- • You will drive team performance against core KPIs such as Implementation NPS, pilot conversions, and user activation; own high-impact implementations; proactively manage risks; and oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development of implementers.
- • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Partner Success, and Clinical Success to align on goals and execution, and work closely with the Area Director, Implementation to translate strategy into segment-specific execution models.
- • You will serve as a culture leader, fostering community, psychological safety, and alignment with Abridge’s values while building strong relationships across the commercial organization to drive alignment and operational excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Track record of driving successful healthcare technology implementation projects from initiation to completion
- • 7+ years of work in driving project execution or software implementations with 2+ years of people management and team leadership experience
- • Experience deploying scalable implementation strategies and systems tailored to the Commercial segment
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust with clinicians and stakeholders at all levels
- • Strong technical aptitude to dive deep into integrations and technical implementations to solve complex problems
- • Extremely organized with ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- • Data obsession to tell stories of pilot performance, partner outcomes, and team success internally and externally
- • Ability to identify risks early, escalate with proposed solutions, and foster a positive team culture around risk escalation
