- • The Director of Indirect Procurement is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide strategy for indirect spend categories, including IT, software, professional services, facilities, travel, marketing, and other non-production goods and services.
- • The role provides strategic direction, governance, and oversight to ensure cost optimization, risk mitigation, supplier performance excellence, and alignment with corporate objectives.
- • As a key business partner, the Director collaborates closely with executive leadership, Finance, Legal, IT, and functional leaders to influence decision-making, drive value creation, and continuously mature procurement capabilities across the organization.
- • The person will lead the development and implementation of procurement policies, manage supplier relationships, conduct spend analysis, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and compliance in indirect procurement.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading indirect procurement strategy and operations in a complex, multi-site organization
- • Strong background in managing spend categories such as IT, software, professional services, facilities, travel, and marketing
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive leadership, Finance, Legal, and IT to drive cost optimization and risk mitigation
- • Experience in supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring
- • Knowledge of procurement best practices, governance frameworks, and spend analysis methodologies
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPSM, CPSD) preferred
