📋 Description

• As Director of Launch Management at Second Nature Health Inc., you will own readiness visibility and operational accountability across every product and feature launch, ensuring teams deliver a raving fan experience at launch through hands-on execution of the launch framework.
• You will maintain the Launch Calendar as the single source of truth, facilitate biweekly Launch Tiering Meetings, track cross-functional readiness across Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, Support, Legal, and RevOps, and drive retrospectives to continuously improve launch effectiveness.
• Second Nature is a fast-growing startup building the world’s first Resident Experience Platform to make renting easy and rewarding for residents, property managers, and investors, with a mission to turn friction into triple win experiences.
• In this role, you will sharpen your ability to drive operational readiness without direct authority, gain executive visibility into launch health, and reduce post-launch fire drills by institutionalizing proactive readiness tracking and feedback loops.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on product launch execution experience in a fast-paced, multi-product environment managing Tier 1-3 complexity launches across many teams simultaneously
• Deep understanding of the difference between a release and a launch, and between marketing readiness and operational readiness
• Experience driving cross-functional accountability without direct authority through preparation, structure, and credibility
• Familiarity with launch tiering systems and complementary operational frameworks
• Comfortable representing org-wide launch status to the executive team and entire company
• High-growth startup experience with energy for fast-moving, multi-product environments
