- • Lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of marketing analytics at Rula Health, reporting directly to the VP of Analytics.
- • Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to drive efficient, scalable acquisition and retention strategies through data-driven insights.
- • Define how marketing performance is measured, how budget is allocated, and how growth opportunities are identified across paid and organic channels.
- • Lead a small team of data scientists, providing mentorship and direction to ensure high-performance outcomes.
- • Translate broad business questions into actionable research and discovery plans using advanced analytics methodologies.
- • Perform proactive data exploration to uncover critical insights that inform marketing strategy and optimize funnel performance.
- • Design, scale, and manage A/B testing frameworks to improve channel effectiveness and conversion rates across digital marketing campaigns.
- • Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear, compelling, and executive-ready manner to influence strategic decisions.
- • Act as a thought partner to the Chief Marketing Officer and their direct reports, enabling data-informed operational and strategic decisions.
- • Establish and maintain Multi-Touch Attribution solutions to accurately measure marketing impact across touchpoints.
- • Build and standardize data processes around goal setting, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure consistency and scalability.
- • Leverage modern data stack tools including dbt, Airflow, SQL, Looker, Tableau, and Hex to deliver analytics outputs.
- • Drive data standardization initiatives to align marketing metrics across teams and improve decision-making reliability.
- • Connect analytics insights directly to business outcomes, using storytelling to influence executive stakeholders and guide revenue-generating actions.
- • Ensure marketing analytics infrastructure supports rapid iteration and growth in a high-paced, startup environment.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing KPIs with company-wide growth objectives and financial targets.
- • Maintain deep expertise in digital marketing metrics including CAC, LTV, attribution models, incrementality, and funnel optimization.
- • Stay current with emerging tools and techniques in marketing analytics, including AI applications for campaign optimization.
- • Support the company’s mission of reducing stigma around mental health by ensuring marketing efforts are grounded in ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of related professional experience with 3+ years focused in marketing analytics
- • 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field with strong quantitative foundation
- • Deep expertise in digital marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, attribution models, incrementality, funnel optimization) and experience working with paid marketing channels (Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates, etc.)
- • Advanced proficiency with modern data stacks (i.e. dbt, Airflow, SQL, etc.) and data visualization tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau, Hex, etc.)
- • Strong experience working directly on A/B testing, including experiment design, deployment, dashboarding, results interpretation, and goal setting
