  • • Lead day-to-day operational execution for a high-growth performance marketing company with full ownership of Meta Ads infrastructure, compliance, and account health.
  • • Manage Meta ad account structures, Business Manager access, domain statuses, and risk mitigation strategies to prevent account bans and ensure system stability.
  • • Build and maintain compliance sheets and offer details for new campaigns, ensuring adherence to Meta’s advertising policies and avoiding loopholes.
  • • Strategize and oversee the launch process for new offers in collaboration with media buyers, including setup in RedTrack and pixel implementation in Everflow.
  • • Review all creative assets for compliance before deployment and enforce standardized SOP execution across all campaigns.
  • • Conduct weekly team meetings and bi-weekly 1-on-1 performance reviews with media buyers, driving accountability and performance improvement.
  • • Manage hiring, onboarding, and offboarding of support staff, media buyers, and creative team members, including termination recommendations when necessary.
  • • Oversee creative workflow and output cadence to meet campaign targets and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • • Administer and optimize the company’s profit-share compensation model, resolving disputes and recommending adjustments based on performance data.
  • • Build, document, and refine company-wide operational systems, SOPs, playbooks, and workflows to enable scalable growth.
  • • Manage employee access to critical tools including Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, RedTrack, Everflow, Voluum, Dolphin{anty}, ClickUp, and QuickBooks.
  • • Create, assign, and track tasks in ClickUp; manage team calendars, appointments, and project timelines.
  • • Monitor and analyze KPIs across campaigns, compiling weekly and monthly operational reports for executive review.
  • • Reconcile media buyer spend reports with tracking software data and bank statements to ensure financial accuracy.
  • • Track EPC vs CPC arbitrage and communicate findings to optimize profitability per offer and media buyer.
  • • Monitor P&L health for each media buyer and offer, identifying underperforming segments and recommending corrective actions.
  • • Support executive leadership on strategic initiatives, including hiring processes, application screening, and operational project execution.
  • • Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve productivity, and enhance decision-making across operations.
  • • Respond to critical operational issues outside core hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) as needed to maintain business continuity.
  • • Serve as the primary operational leader with a clear, defined path to advancement into Chief Operating Officer (COO) role.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of experience in the advertising industry
  • • 5+ years of leadership experience in a performance marketing company (e.g., Senior PM, Head of Ops, Lead Media Buyer)
  • • Deep expertise in Meta Ads compliance, loopholes, and infrastructure management
  • • Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $1M+
  • • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, RedTrack, Everflow, Voluum, Dolphin{anty}, ClickUp, and QuickBooks
  • • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
