  • • The Director of Operations at Live Nation Entertainment’s Ticketmaster division leads the local ticketing team in Japan, ensuring exceptional service delivery to venue and promoter clients while driving operational excellence and team performance.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing vision and direction for the account management team, evaluating and managing staff performance, hiring and training employees, monitoring service levels, and implementing knowledge development strategies.
  • • The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain high-quality client and customer experiences, managing budgets and financial forecasts, overseeing system implementations, and leading regular client meetings to review best practices and gather feedback.
  • • As a key member of the APAC leadership team, the Director strengthens client relations, drives process consistency, leads problem resolution efforts, and fosters innovation in support services across the region.
  • • The position offers the opportunity to lead a growing team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, develop leadership and strategic planning skills, and contribute to the mission of connecting fans to live events through world-class ticketing solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluency in both English and Japanese
  • • Extensive experience in account management
  • • Proven success in operations, client relations, and project management
  • • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams in fast-paced, changing environments
  • • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • • Experience in ticketing, live events, media, entertainment, or e-business industries preferred
