- • As Director of Operations for Valet & Parking Services at Towne Park, you will lead operational leadership for specific site(s) to achieve financial, client, and guest satisfaction goals while driving business development and retention.
- • You will lead teams in achieving financial and operational targets through positive culture, clear expectations, and policy implementation, while managing budgets, preparing financial plans, and ensuring compliance with corporate procedures.
- • You will partner with hotel leadership to manage property issues, train and coach operational leaders, and drive performance improvements through data-driven assessments of work processes.
- • You will build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, lead sales efforts, and support talent development through recruitment, training, and succession planning initiatives.
- • You will work in a mission-driven hospitality organization where your impact directly contributes to creating positive experiences for patients, visitors, and guests across healthcare and hospitality environments.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- • 8-10 years of operations management experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- • Previous experience in a senior leadership role with P&L and income statement responsibility
- • Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning, financial controls, sales, employment practices, and business development
- • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to manage complex projects under pressure
