Director of Partnerships

📋 Description

• • As Director of Partnerships at Reacher SAS, you will own three of the company’s highest-leverage relationships: top strategic accounts, the TikTok ecosystem (including TikTok Shop US/UK partnerships, category teams, and the TSP network), and the agency partner ecosystem (holding companies, TSPs, and creator agencies). This role is critical to scaling Reacher’s market presence and driving revenue through deep platform and enterprise alliances.
• • Day to day, you will manage relationships with TikTok Shop’s US and UK partnership and category teams, drive TSP certification end-to-end, plan joint webinars and trainings, represent Reacher in partner groups and events, and surface platform signals to Product and GTM. You will also own relationships with top 20–30 strategic accounts, run executive-level cadences, lead QBRs and expansion planning, manage renewals, and convert at-risk accounts into wins. Additionally, you will build co-sell and co-marketing motions with agencies and TSPs, activate dormant partners, and identify new opportunities.
• • You will join a fast-moving, remote-first startup where you report directly to the co-founder leading GTM and work closely with the CEO. Reacher is building infrastructure for brands to succeed in social commerce, and this role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and platform strategy.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in TikTok Shop’s ecosystem, refine enterprise partnership motions at scale, and shape the partner strategy of a growing SaaS platform in the creator economy. You will have the opportunity to build processes from the ground up, influence product direction through partner feedback, and directly impact revenue through co-sell and co-marketing initiatives.
