- • As an Account Executive for Vision Service Plan (VSP), you will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of eyewear accounts across diverse industries in Florida, serving as the primary liaison between VSP and its clients to ensure service excellence and market share expansion.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing creative sales strategies to identify and engage new prospects, cultivating long-term business relationships with existing and potential customers, and representing VSP’s eyewear product line in all sales interactions to meet or exceed quarterly quota targets.
- • You will work independently while collaborating with internal teams—including marketing, product development, and customer service—to align solutions with client needs, leverage customer feedback to inform product improvements, and ensure seamless service delivery across all touchpoints.
- • Utilizing VSP’s sales automation systems, you will maintain accurate records, track sales activities, prepare performance reports, and stay current on product innovations to provide informed, consultative guidance to clients.
- • A significant portion of your role involves traveling more than 50% of the time to meet clients face-to-face, requiring a clean driving record and the ability to navigate Florida’s diverse business landscape effectively.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding each customer’s business challenges and translating those insights into tailored eyewear solutions that address operational, financial, and employee wellness objectives.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- • Three or more years of proven sales experience with demonstrated success in account management, client servicing, negotiation, and long-term relationship building
- • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals, particularly with small to medium-sized accounts
- • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex product value propositions
- • Highly adaptable, resilient, and self-motivated individual who thrives in autonomous environments and takes initiative with minimal supervision
- • Clean driving record and willingness to travel more than 50% of the time to serve clients across Florida
