  • • The Clinical Partnership Representative drives patient acquisition by building strategic relationships across a multi-state territory with healthcare and community organizations, representing Equip’s mission to expand access to evidence-based eating disorder treatment.
  • • Day to day, the role involves creating strategies for brand reach and provider relationships, cultivating new and existing partnerships through video calls, in-person meetings, events, and educational presentations, managing outreach and data in a CRM, planning regional events, identifying inactive providers for re-engagement, and collaborating with clinical, marketing, admissions, and payor teams to penetrate new markets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • • 2+ years experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in healthcare
  • • Must reside in Maryland
  • • Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building expertise, and professional presence
  • • Proven track record of meeting goals
  • • Comfortable with remote work, high autonomy, and self-motivation
