- • As Director of Partnerships at Tremendous Inc., you will build and own the partner-led growth motion from the ground up, creating a scalable referral partner program that drives meaningful pipeline and revenue for a profitable, high-growth platform trusted by 20,000 organizations including Atlassian, MIT, and United Way.
- • Day to day, you will develop and deepen relationships with referral partners and platform clients, establish GTM alignment and enablement, create partner incentives and programs, serve as the connective tissue between partners and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps), and use data and field feedback to refine strategy and prioritize investments in the partner ecosystem.
- • Tremendous is a fully remote, profitable company with a high-documentation, low-meeting culture, trusted by researchers, marketers, HR teams, nonprofits, and platform businesses to deliver payouts globally. The team enjoys high employee NPS in the high 80s, reflecting a strong culture of autonomy and impact.
- • In this role, you will directly shape and scale Tremendous’ partnerships function, work cross-functionally with clear impact on pipeline and revenue, and turn your initiatives into repeatable playbooks while enjoying significant ownership and autonomy in a builder-first environment.

- • Experience building or scaling partnerships, programs, or revenue-adjacent initiatives in ambiguous environments
- • Comfort owning outcomes, whether that’s pipeline or revenue
- • Strong judgment and prioritization skills; you know what’s worth building now versus later
- • Ability to work cross-functionally and move initiatives forward without formal authority
- • A builder mindset: you enjoy starting with a blank page, testing ideas, and turning what works into playbooks
- • Clear, thoughtful communication, especially in writing. We’re a documentation-first, low-meeting culture
- • High ownership and autonomy. You take initiative, follow through, and don’t wait to be told what to do
