📋 Description

• • The Director of Global Payroll Customer Services will lead the global payroll services team, ensuring seamless, compliant, and efficient payroll support for internal and external customers while driving strategic growth and service excellence.
• • Day to day, the role involves defining and executing the global strategic vision for payroll client service experience, designing and leading a high-performance 24/7 service model, managing complex escalations, fostering cross-functional collaboration with Payroll Operations, Compliance, Legal, Tax, and Implementation teams, automating manual processes, partnering with Product and Engineering to improve in-product experiences, and coaching a global management team to develop future leaders.
