📋 Description

• • The Director of People Operations is a part-time leadership role focused on building and scaling the people function at Reality Defender, a cybersecurity company specializing in deepfake detection, with potential to transition to full-time after 3–6 months.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining People Operations strategy, designing organizational structure and workforce planning, building core HR processes like onboarding and performance management, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing HR systems and data, supporting employee relations and engagement, advising leadership on talent and culture, and collaborating with recruiting on hiring operations.
• • Reality Defender is an award-winning, venture-backed cybersecurity startup protecting enterprises and governments from AI-generated media threats, working with financial institutions and public sector clients, and recognized for innovation including winning RSA’s Most Innovative Startup award.
