The ideal candidate will embody a 'player-coach' mentality, adept at leading a talented team of Product Managers and Designers while maintaining deep, hands-on involvement in product discovery, strategic prioritization, and overall product strategy.
• • The Director of Product will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders in Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure that all product decisions are firmly rooted in a deep understanding of customer needs and a clear vision for business impact. Reporting directly to the VP of Product & Marketing, this position offers significant influence over the company's product direction and the prioritization of its roadmap.
• • **Product Strategy & Execution:** A core responsibility will be to lead the product strategy with an unwavering focus on achieving and scaling product-market fit. This involves establishing robust, structured discovery processes and cultivating effective feedback loops with customers to gather invaluable insights. These insights, combined with market signals, will be translated into clear, actionable product priorities. The Director will own the roadmap planning and prioritization process, working in close partnership with senior leadership and the engineering teams. A key aspect of this role is identifying new product opportunities and areas for innovation, with a particular emphasis on exploring and integrating AI-driven capabilities to enhance the platform's offerings.
• • **Team Leadership:** This role demands strong leadership to guide and mentor a team comprising Product Managers and Product Designers. The objective is to cultivate a high-performing product organization characterized by exceptional collaboration, a strong sense of accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. The Director will be responsible for coaching product managers in best practices for discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. A critical focus will be on strengthening the collaborative synergy between the Product, Design, and Engineering departments, fostering a culture where these teams work seamlessly together. Furthermore, the Director will champion and embed a strong customer-centric mindset throughout the entire product organization.
• • **Product Development Oversight:** The Director will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from the initial stages of discovery and ideation through to successful launch and subsequent iteration. This involves partnering closely with Engineering leadership to ensure a strong and consistent alignment between the overarching product strategy and the technical execution of the roadmap. A key initiative will be to continuously improve internal product processes, refine prioritization frameworks, and optimize the delivery cadence to ensure efficiency and agility. The Director will champion an iterative approach to product development, encouraging rapid learning cycles and adaptability.

The Director will be responsible for evaluating product usage, customer engagement levels, and adoption trends.
