📋 Description

• As the Director of Product at Bioscope AI Inc., you will serve as the strategic connective tissue between engineering, clinical science, and medical practices, translating the founder’s vision into reality by owning product strategy end-to-end for a precision medicine platform that integrates whole-genome sequencing, multi-omic data, and AI-driven clinical intelligence.
• You will deeply define the problem space and business value, avoiding premature solutioning by providing engineering with crystal-clear use cases, user needs, and success metrics, while advocating for the workflows and pain points of concierge and functional medicine doctors to ensure their voices drive the product roadmap.
• You will partner closely with engineering, data science, and clinical science teams to establish model evaluation standards, ensure AI features are clinically meaningful, and lead EHR/EMR integration strategy (Elation, Cerbo, Athena) and external partnerships to enable seamless interoperability and business value.
• As a founding leader, you will establish product development rhythms, build a culture of continuous discovery, articulate the company vision to stakeholders, and lay the foundation for scaling the product organization as the company grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of product leadership
• Experience building and shipping deeply technical, mission-critical SaaS products in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, fintech, or cyber
• Strong ability to define problems, requirements, and user narratives without jumping to solutions, empowering engineering to determine the "how"
• Exceptional communication skills to craft strategic vision, debate trade-offs with engineers, and present roadmaps to clinical or board-level audiences
• Understanding of system architecture, data pipelines, FHIR/HL7 standards, and AI/ML model lifecycles to effectively guide technical decisions
