  • • Shape the future of TV advertising as Vibe’s first Director of Product Analytics. You will architect a brand-new function that turns billions of ad-impression events into the strategic fuel that powers our next stage of hyper-growth.
  • • Own the end-to-end analytics roadmap for every product surface—DSP, Performance, Supply, and Platform—translating raw data into board-level narratives that influence pricing, bidding algorithms, inventory strategy, and long-term revenue models.
  • • Establish the gold standard for experimentation at Vibe: design and socialize frameworks for A/B, multivariate, and quasi-experimental tests that run in real time against live TV inventory, ensuring every product decision is backed by rigorous causal inference.
  • • Build and lead a high-impact Product Analytics team from zero to ten-plus analysts and managers within 18 months, defining career ladders, hiring rubrics, onboarding playbooks, and a culture that balances scientific rigor with speed and creativity.
  • • Act as the strategic sparring partner to the CPO and CEO, parachuting into the most ambiguous, high-stakes questions—such as “How do we double ROAS for mid-market brands without increasing CPMs?”—and emerging with data-backed scenarios and clear go/no-go recommendations.
  • • Serve as the Product Owner for all analytics tooling: spec and prioritize self-service dashboards, ETL pipelines, metric repositories, and anomaly-detection systems that democratize insights while maintaining data integrity across 30+ daily product releases.
  • • Institutionalize knowledge management by creating a living analytics wiki, brown-bag curricula, and cross-team guilds so that every PM, engineer, and data scientist speaks the same language of metrics, segments, and lift calculations.
  • • Lead quarterly “Analytics Summits” where you present synthesized findings to 100+ stakeholders, translating complex regressions into three-bullet takeaways that directly inform OKRs and sprint planning.
  • • Proactively surface growth levers hidden in the data—e.g., uncovering that 7-second creatives outperform 15-second ones by 22 % on CTV after 8 p.m.—then partner with Product and Marketing to launch new ad formats worth millions in incremental revenue.
  • • Navigate sensitive cross-functional conflicts—such as balancing publisher yield with advertiser performance—using data as the neutral arbiter, while preserving relationships and accelerating decision velocity.
  • • Mentor senior analysts on advanced techniques (Bayesian hierarchical models, causal forests, synthetic controls) and coach non-technical executives on how to challenge statistical conclusions without slowing execution.
  • • Guarantee that every insight is actionable: embed directly with squads during sprint planning, write user-stories that link metrics to features, and define success criteria before a single line of code is shipped.
  • • Scale the analytics infrastructure for international expansion, ensuring data governance, privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and multi-currency attribution models are baked into the architecture from day one.
  • • Champion a culture of intellectual honesty—celebrate negative results, publish post-mortems, and run “red-team” sessions that stress-test assumptions before they reach the roadmap.
