  • • As Director of Product, Data & Identity at Vibe, Inc., you will own Nebula — the company's proprietary CTV identity graph and the strategic data platform that underpins its competitive advantage in the $100B streaming TV advertising market. This role is critical because data and identity are the only durable moats in advertising, and your leadership will transform technical foundations into measurable business value, shaping how TV advertising evolves over the next decade.
  • • You will define the long-term vision for Nebula, including deterministic anchors, probabilistic signals, data partnerships, and coverage/accuracy KPIs; make principled build vs. buy vs. partner decisions across identity resolution frameworks (UID2, ConnectID, LiveRamp); and establish privacy-compliant governance models for identity data flow (CCPA, SOC2) that balance security with speed and scalability.
  • • You will drive audience and activation products by owning the product vision for how Vibe’s data assets are used for targeting and measurement, defining first-party data onboarding and matching workflows that enable brands to onboard CRM data and reach precise TV audiences, and building measurement products like Verified Visits and Verified Purchases to prove causal lift and incrementality.
  • • You will run the internal data platform as a product by partnering with Data Platform Engineering to define requirements for ingestion pipelines, feature stores, and BI infrastructure; providing internal consumers (engineering, ML, analytics) with clear SLAs, documented APIs, and a needs-driven roadmap; and advancing self-serve capabilities so business units can access and act on data without ticket queues.
  • • You will drive commercial impact by translating Nebula’s capabilities into compelling narratives for advertisers and publishers, collaborating with Sales and Client Success to ensure market adoption; leading high-stakes partner conversations with data providers, measurement companies, and clean room operators to define commercial terms; and contributing to Vibe’s external positioning through thought leadership, industry events, and partner communications.
  • • You will join a high-performance, remote-first team headquartered in NYC’s Flatiron District, reporting to the VP of Product with direct visibility to the CTO and CEO, operating within a culture defined by Impact, Ambition, and Urgency — where goals are tied to real business outcomes, 10x thinking is expected, and daily action is prioritized over perfection.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in CTV identity resolution, data product commercialization, and privacy-enhancing technologies while shaping the future of performance TV advertising; you will mentor product talent, influence board-level strategy, and build a legacy as the architect of Vibe’s most defensible moat in a rapidly evolving media landscape.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years in product management, with 4+ years focused on data, identity, or streaming TV / programmatic advertising products
  • • Hands-on experience owning identity products — device graphs, household graphs, ID resolution pipelines, or clean room integrations — at a company where identity was a core capability
  • • Technical credibility: ability to read data models, understand streaming architectures, and engage substantively with engineers on entity resolution tradeoffs
  • • Deep knowledge of the programmatic advertising stack — DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad servers, measurement — and how the components interconnect
  • • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across engineering, data science, and go-to-market functions
  • • Experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies for data products, including collaboration with sales teams and building commercial business cases
