📋 Description

• As Director of Product at Voize Inc., you will lead the evolution of the product organization and platform, defining how AI becomes part of everyday workflows for thousands of frontline care workers in Europe’s healthcare system.
• You will own the product roadmap, scale the product team from 6 to 10+ PMs, build tight feedback loops connecting customers, data, and internal teams, and design the product operating system to enable speed, clarity, and quality at scale.
• Voize Inc. is a Berlin-based SaaS/AI company building an AI companion for Europe’s 2M+ frontline care workers, already used by 2,000+ care facilities and 150,000+ nurses, with a recent €50M Series A funding and a mission to give nurses back up to 30% of their time.
• In this role, you will drive product quality and impact, hire and develop talent, build vertical product teams, and grow the next generation of product leaders while operating in complex, high-pressure healthcare environments with ambiguity and evolving constraints.
