- • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers responsible for identifying, validating, and scaling new product opportunities that expand GameChanger's impact across youth sports.
- • Define and drive product strategy by combining customer insights, market opportunities, business objectives, and experimentation to bring innovative products and experiences from concept to market.
- • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, CX, Marketing, and Business leaders to align teams around a shared vision and deliver high-quality products that create meaningful value for users and the business.
- • Navigate ambiguity and make thoughtful investment decisions as opportunities evolve, balancing long-term strategy with near-term execution.
- • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing product managers while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, collaboration, and customer obsession.
- • Manage and develop Product Managers while driving product strategy and execution from concept through launch.
- • Operate in an environment that combines strategic thinking, customer discovery, experimentation, and execution to bring new experiences to market while navigating ambiguity and evolving business priorities.
- • Work within a team responsible for exploring and developing new opportunities for GameChanger's future growth.
- • Report to the SVP of Product Management.
- • Build and scale consumer-facing technology products with a focus on athletes, families, and communities engaging with youth sports.
- • Translate customer problems and market insights into products that drive meaningful business outcomes.
- • Communicate and collaborate effectively to build alignment, influence stakeholders, and lead through complexity.
- • Foster inclusive, high-performing teams focused on exceptional user experiences.
- • Stay curious about emerging technologies and contribute to shaping the future direction of a growing business.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record building and scaling consumer-facing technology products
- • Experience leading and developing Product Managers and cross-functional teams through periods of significant growth and change
- • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments where strategy, customer needs, and market opportunities are still being defined
- • Strong product thinking skills to identify customer problems, evaluate opportunities, and translate insights into products that drive business outcomes
- • Effective communication and collaboration skills to build alignment and influence stakeholders
- • Passion for building exceptional user experiences and developing inclusive, high-performing teams
