- • Lead product strategy and scale the product organization as Director of Product Management at Hiive Technologies Inc., a fast-growing, profitable platform redefining liquidity for private companies and shareholders.
- • Define and evangelize the product roadmap, partner with Design and Engineering leadership to optimize the SDLC, and recruit, mentor, and scale a team of Product Managers.
- • Act as the primary bridge between Product and cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
- • Establish data-driven decision-making standards, refine prioritization models, and measure ROI of shipped features to drive exponential business growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3+ years in a dedicated leadership or people-management role within a high-growth startup environment.
- • Experience scaling products from early traction to significant market share within complex ecosystems.
- • Expert-level ability to query data, define KPIs, and use BI tools to drive product strategy.
- • Ability to distill complex technical or business trade-offs into clear, actionable narratives for executive stakeholders.
- • Deep understanding of systemic impacts in marketplace platforms and how changes affect user behavior and business health.
