- • As Director of Product Management for Cloud & Hypervisor Cyber Resilience at Kaseya, you will lead the vision and strategy for cutting-edge solutions that protect critical cloud infrastructure and virtualized environments from cyber threats, directly contributing to the company’s mission of securing IT infrastructure for MSPs and internal IT organizations worldwide.
- • You will define and drive product line strategy, develop and track key performance indicators, own requirements and release plans through customer feedback, collaborate with engineering and UX teams to build best-in-class experiences, and inspire cross-functional teams in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services with your vision and execution.
- • You will join a fast-growing, innovative company backed by Insight Venture Partners, serving over 20 countries and managing 15 million endpoints globally, where employees are empowered to go above and beyond for customer success in a high-performance culture.

🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- • 10+ years of product management or similar experience in enterprise software, cloud computing, internet technology, SaaS, or related fields
- • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing product management teams
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.)
- • Proven leadership ability to set vision, excite, and lead cross-functional technology teams and broader stakeholder groups
- • Demonstrated success bringing enterprise software products (on-premises/SaaS/PaaS) to market
- • Strong technical skills and business acumen with proven ability to execute across technical challenges to go-to-market and business strategies
- • Experience in Pricing & packaging of SaaS offerings
- • Exceptional organizational, written, and oral communication skills
