- • As Director of Product Management for FleetOS, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of Fleetio’s operating system that transforms fleet operations from a system of record to a system of results, enabling data-driven decisions, automation, and measurable outcomes like improved uptime and cost savings.
- • You will define and own a differentiated, data-informed vision and roadmap for FleetOS, drive measurable fleet outcomes through workflow automation and data standardization, and treat the platform as a product by owning strategy across APIs, extensibility, automation, and partner-facing surfaces.
- • You will lead and scale a team of product managers, hiring and developing PM leaders, fostering a culture of clarity, ownership, collaboration, and customer empathy, while creating space for smart risks and learning.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Marketing, CX, Sales, and Enablement to align goals, optimize delivery predictability, ensure high-quality platform experiences, and improve awareness, win rates, and retention — serving as an ambassador for FleetOS and the product team.
- • You will advance data standardization and intelligence to enable guidance, benchmarking, and next-best actions, improve ecosystem health through high-quality integrations, and increase platform leverage by reducing manual data entry and automating critical workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years in product management, shipping and scaling modern B2B SaaS applications
- • 4+ years leading empowered product teams
- • Product leadership experience in platform products (APIs, developer-facing surfaces, integrations ecosystems, extensibility)
- • Experience shipping products where data quality, standardization, and instrumentation are first-class requirements
- • Strong cross-functional leadership with GTM teams and technical stakeholders (platform engineering, data engineering, security/privacy)
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Design, Computer Science, or relevant field
