- • As Director of Product Management, Powertools, you will lead a ground-up redesign and hyper-growth plan to double the size of the Fastening Powertool portfolio, driving strategic innovation and market expansion for Stanley Black & Decker’s Engineered Fastening team.
- • You will lead, develop, and coach a cross-regional, multi-cultural product management team while fostering a results-driven, collaborative culture with process and governance excellence, coordinating across sales, engineering, operations, and the Tools & Outdoor division to align resources and goals.
- • You will design and implement global product strategies, manage organizational change, conduct comprehensive market assessments, analyze branding, plan engineering resources, and own end-to-end NPD pipeline management from ideation to commercial launch.
- • You will achieve portfolio performance and profitability targets, meet KPIs including global revenue and gross margin growth, lead primary research projects to capture customer voice, and promote a safe, positive work environment while building strong relationships with executives, customers, and partners.
- • You will grow your leadership and strategic impact within a global company of 50,000+ professionals across 60+ brands, gaining access to elite learning resources, contributing to purpose-driven innovation, and helping shape the future of industrial power tools for makers, doers, and everyday heroes worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Engineering; MBA preferred
- • 15+ years of global business experience with manufacturers of engineered products, including at least 10 years in product management
- • Demonstrated success in driving industrial power tools product strategy, launching new products, and growing product segments
- • Experience in product lifecycle management and leading cross-regional teams
- • Strong planning, global project management, leadership, and communication skills
- • Financial acumen for analyzing and reporting product line results
- • Proficiency in data analytics and MS Office applications (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
