- • As Director of Product Marketing for PSA Sports Grading, you will lead strategy and execution for the sports card grading business, owning how products come to market and scale across positioning, go-to-market strategy, lifecycle growth, and the end-to-end collector experience.
- • You will define target segments, develop acquisition and retention strategies, lead go-to-market planning for product launches, drive integrated campaigns across digital and social channels, and champion the end-to-end collector experience from submission to post-grade.
- • You will serve as the internal and external expert in the sports card ecosystem, shaping narratives that reinforce PSA’s leadership in authenticity and grading standards, while building strategic partnerships with leagues, teams, marketplaces, and key industry stakeholders.
- • You will build and lead a high-performing product marketing function, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Growth, Brand, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Communications to elevate organizational understanding of the sports card market and drive continuous optimization through data-driven testing and KPI management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10–12+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or category leadership roles
- • 5–7+ years of people management experience, building and leading high-performing teams
- • Deep, authentic expertise in the sports card ecosystem
- • Proven track record of launching products and scaling category growth
- • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
