- • The Marketing Account Manager at CLEAResult is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, growing relationships, and delivering innovation and value through strategic marketing initiatives. This role ensures client requests are fulfilled, marketing budgets are optimized, and projects are executed seamlessly in collaboration with internal teams.
- • Day to day, the person will serve as the primary marketing liaison for assigned clients, maintain and strengthen client relationships, identify opportunities to expand services, collaborate with Business Development and Program teams to grow opportunities across territories, forecast and track key account metrics, interpret data analytics to inform strategy, draft creative/strategy briefs, partner with Producers to manage projects from conception to completion, and collaborate with Financial Operations to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

- • In this role, the person can learn and achieve expertise in strategic client relationship management, data-driven marketing optimization, cross-functional project execution, and revenue growth within a mission-driven organization focused on sustainability and community impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferred
- • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing account management, client services, or related fields
- • Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and project management
- • Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
