- • Translate high-stakes business objectives into bold, data-driven media strategies. You will quarterback integrated plans across paid social, programmatic, CTV, OOH, search, audio, and emerging platforms, ensuring every dollar ladders directly to client KPIs such as revenue growth, market share, and lifetime value.
- • Serve as the agency’s definitive voice on media innovation. From cookieless identity solutions to retail media networks and AI-powered optimization, you will curate POVs, run internal think tanks, and brief C-suite clients on what’s next—positioning Zambezi as the go-to partner for forward-thinking brands.
- • Own senior-level plan review and sign-off. Every budget, flowchart, and performance report passes through your lens for strategic rigor, fiscal discipline, and creative alignment before reaching executive stakeholders. Your red pen sharpens thinking and elevates the entire department’s output.
- • Craft negotiation blueprints that unlock premium inventory at unmatched value. You will set the playbook for high-stakes upfronts, private-marketplace deals, and bespoke partnerships—leveraging data, relationships, and economic modeling to stretch client budgets without compromising reach or impact.
- • Step into the boardroom as a trusted strategic consultant. Alongside Group Media Director and account leadership, you will present quarterly business reviews, annual planning summits, and real-time crisis responses—translating complex analytics into clear, persuasive narratives that secure renewals and upsells.
- • Champion operational excellence across campaign execution. You will audit trafficking, tagging, pacing, and billing workflows; identify automation opportunities; and enforce compliance with brand-safety, viewability, and financial governance standards—ensuring flawless delivery at scale.
- • Orchestrate cross-functional cohesion. Partner daily with creative, strategy, analytics, and production teams to synchronize messaging, audience segmentation, and measurement—turning siloed tactics into seamless brand experiences that win Cannes Lions and Effies alike.
- • Mentor the next generation of media leaders. Through formal development plans, real-time coaching, and stretch assignments, you will elevate senior planners to strategy architects and cultivate a culture of curiosity, inclusivity, and continuous learning.
- • Fuel new-business momentum. When Zambezi competes for marquee accounts, you will craft insight-rich media strategies, build compelling case studies, and stand on stage to defend our approach—helping the agency win pitches that shape its growth trajectory.
