  • • As a Senior Paid Media Lead at Directive Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable growth for B2B SaaS and tech clients by leading paid media strategy and execution that focuses on generating SQLs and customers—not just vanity metrics—through the company’s proprietary Customer Generation methodology.
  • • You will serve as a trusted, client-facing strategist responsible for overseeing a portfolio of mid-tier and enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment between client goals, internal teams, and vendor partners while delivering high-impact, data-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • • Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency specializing in SaaS and tech, known for its innovative Customer Generation framework that prioritizes revenue-linked outcomes over traditional marketing KPIs, and values curiosity, analytical rigor, and storytelling with data.
  • • You will collaborate closely with an Associate Director to ensure internal and client objectives are met, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to a culture of continuous learning, especially around emerging trends like AI and automation in marketing.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS paid media, refine your ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives, and lead strategic initiatives that directly impact client retention, expansion, and revenue growth—positioning you as a trusted advisor in the performance marketing space.
  • • You will build and optimize quarterly paid media strategies, manage budgets across multiple channels, ensure accurate lead routing in CRM systems, and drive referrals through strong client relationships and professional networking.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve executing and optimizing PPC campaigns, conducting keyword research and audience targeting, writing high-performing ad copy, analyzing performance via Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel, and making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
  • • You will maintain personal productivity and utilization targets, communicate weekly with vendors and operational partners, and present clear, actionable results to client stakeholders and executives.
  • • Success in this role means managing approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts, exceeding department OKRs related to client growth and goal attainment, building long-term trust that drives renewals, and cross-selling complementary services like SEO, CRO, and video.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience working at a performance or digital marketing agency
  • • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns for B2B SaaS or tech clients in an agency setting
  • • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid search and social platforms
  • • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar tools to make data-driven optimization decisions
  • • Ability to build, manage, and optimize paid media budgets across multiple channels while ensuring accurate lead routing in CRM systems
  • • Strong communication skills to translate strategy and data into clear narratives for client stakeholders and executives
