  • • Senior Digital Marketing Strategist role focused on driving measurable results for SMB and startup clients through Directive Consulting’s proprietary Customer Generation methodology, which prioritizes SQLs and customer acquisition over vanity metrics like MQLs.
  • • You will own end-to-end performance marketing for up to seven SMB accounts, directly impacting client success through strategic planning, campaign execution, and cross-channel optimization in Paid Media, SEO, and CRO.
  • • As a T-shaped marketer, you will blend deep technical expertise with strong client-facing skills, serving as the primary point of contact while pitching strategies, managing relationships, and ensuring performance exceeds expectations.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning client account success across channels, managing client relationships with empathy and confidence, project managing timelines and deliverables, building strong relationships with key contacts, applying deep technical knowledge of strategy, paid media, SEO, and CRO for tech companies, leveraging SaaS background to drive impact, and using creativity to innovate within a focused role.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing
  • • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
  • • Brilliant strategist with proven T-shaped marketing expertise across Paid Media, SEO, and CRO
  • • World-class project management skills with ability to deliver on time and below budget
  • • Availability to travel as needed for client or team engagements
  • • Strong drive to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations
  • • Deep technical knowledge of strategy, paid media, SEO, and CRO for technology and SaaS companies
  • • Strong SaaS background preferred
  • • Skilled at delivering large impact in a specialized, focused role
  • • Creative spark for marketing combined with a deep passion for achieving measurable results
