Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Motorola Solutions’ new intelligence suite, positioning it as the premier alternative to market incumbents in public safety AI and intelligence.
- • Define functional frameworks, safety boundaries, and task-flows for autonomous AI agents that automate complex knowledge work for law enforcement and emergency response professionals.
- • Lead the evolution from passive data tools to active automation by integrating AI-native workflows including automated report summarization, natural language querying, entity resolution, and anomaly detection.
- • Design robust data bridges, APIs, and ingestion pipelines to unify data across legacy on-premise systems (e.g., CAD, RMS) and modern cloud platforms with seamless interoperability.
- • Ensure all AI models and agents strictly comply with CJIS requirements and rigorous data privacy standards, maintaining explicit human-in-the-loop verification mechanisms.
- • Apply deep technical awareness of agentic knowledge work, including multi-agent coordination, self-correction, task decomposition, and permission-aware execution.
- • Leverage semantic ontologies and graph databases to dynamically map relationships across disparate public safety data sources such as dispatch feeds, video streams, and records management systems.
- • Design product workflows with a relentless focus on intuitive, mission-critical User Experience (UX) for users ranging from Command Staff to frontline responders in high-stress environments.
- • Understand and mitigate limitations of modern AI models, including hallucination risks, audit logging needs, and optimization for low-latency edge inference.
- • Translate complex, heavy data layers into clean, high-adoption user interfaces through close collaboration with UX/UI design teams.
- • Drive product strategy with technical fluency in LLM/LMM engineering, agentic workflows, and graph databases within enterprise SaaS and intelligence platforms.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with public safety data architectures including Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management Systems (RMS), Automated License Plate Readers (ALPR), and Real-Time Crime Centers (RTCC).
- • Navigate ETL/ELT pipelines, webhook-driven events, and API constraints to extract and normalize unstructured data from 20-year-old systems as efficiently as modern cloud feeds.
- • Balance innovation with compliance, ensuring AI deployments meet federal, state, and local legal requirements for public safety data handling.
- • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact intelligence solutions that break down data silos and create unified, real-time operational context for public safety agencies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of product management or solution leadership experience in complex data analytics, enterprise SaaS, or intelligence platforms
- • Proven experience managing products requiring complex cross-platform data integration, API ecosystems, or federated search
- • Technical comfort with modern AI frameworks, LLM/LMM engineering, agentic workflows, or graph databases
- • Direct experience working within or building software for the Public Safety / Government sector (Highly Desired)
- • Familiarity with the technical architecture of public safety data systems: Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management Systems (RMS), Automated License Plate Readers (ALPR), and Real-Time Crime Centers (RTCC) (Highly Desired)
- • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (no sponsorship available)
🏖️ Benefits
