Director of Product Security & Privacy

• • As Director of Product Security & Privacy at Flock Safety, you will lead the integration of security and privacy into every stage of product development across hardware, firmware, software, and cloud systems, ensuring that safety technology is built with trust and compliance at its core.
• • You will establish and execute a long-term vision for product security, application security, and privacy engineering; lead threat modeling and security architecture reviews; define and enforce security standards in the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines; partner with Legal and GRC to translate regulations like GDPR and CCPA into engineering requirements; drive incident response and vulnerability management; and mentor a high-performing team of security and privacy engineers.
