• • As Director of Products - Data & Engineering at Risepoint Holdings LLC, you will own the execution, delivery, and continuous evolution of data as a product on the company’s modern Databricks platform, ensuring data assets are usable, valuable, and aligned to business outcomes while supporting the mission to increase access to affordable education for working adults.
• • You will lead a team of data engineers, translate strategic priorities into scalable data products, establish product-oriented ways of working, guide data modeling and semantic layers, and drive adoption of AI-assisted development and modern data practices.
• • Risepoint is an education technology company partnering with over 100 universities and colleges to develop high-ROI, workforce-focused online degree programs in nursing, teaching, business, and public service, with a focus on regional institutions and career advancement for working adults.
• • In this role, you will build a high-performing team, enable domain-aligned data ownership through a data mesh approach, standardize delivery practices, and measure success through improved data product adoption, time-to-insight, and stakeholder satisfaction.
