📋 Description

• • As Director of Program Operations & Infrastructure at Chamber Cardio, Inc., you will design and build the operational engine behind AI-enabled cardiovascular care programs, translating clinical protocols into scalable workflows that improve patient outcomes at scale.
• • You will partner with clinical, product, and engineering teams to design care programs from the ground up, embed AI tools into workflows, own staff training and onboarding, and standardize operating models across markets and payer contracts.
• • Chamber Cardio is rebuilding the cardiology care system by partnering with independent cardiologists to lead population health efforts using technology, data, and operational tools that prioritize outcomes over volume.
• • In this role, you will achieve measurable impact by mapping current care programs, establishing core operating infrastructure (SOPs, playbooks, training), defining AI-human handoffs in outreach, and delivering operational readiness updates that enable scalable, consistent care delivery.
