📋 Description

• • As Director of Provider Services (Operational Transformation) at Devoted Health, you will own and evolve the Provider Services function, a critical operational engine supporting providers and enterprise at scale, with a focus on reimagining service delivery through AI, voice automation, digital workflows, and self-service to improve provider experience, quality, and cost efficiency.
• • You will lead day-to-day operational excellence while designing, implementing, and owning the next-generation operating model, managing a large-scale offshore and vendor-supported organization, defining roadmaps for modernization, establishing performance metrics, and building AI-enabled workflows that enhance quality, consistency, speed, and provider satisfaction.
