📋 Description

• Develop and implement an engagement strategy with key policymakers, stakeholders, and opinion leaders across MENA.
• Oversee critical issues including, but not limited to, gaming, child safety, artificial intelligence, privacy, and consumer protection.
• Establish and execute effective public policy strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with external partners.
• Ensure compliance, address policy issues, and contribute to a safer and more engaging environment for Roblox's global community of developers and creators.
• Develop and execute policy strategies around issues important to Roblox.
• Assist the wider public policy team on ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Advise Roblox internal stakeholders on policy matters as inputs to the development of our products and business operations.
• Articulate Roblox’s public policy positions and produce briefing papers and consultation responses.
• Empowered to fully pursue both your personal life and career goals, with support to take on increasing responsibilities and calculated risks for growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, International Relations, Media, Technology, or related field of study or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience working with policymakers and stakeholders in MENA.
• Deep knowledge of the MENA policymaking and public opinion process.
• Extensive experience in intelligence collection and analysis, strategy development, project management, cross-functional partnership.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
