📋 Description

• Senior Legal Counsel role supporting Rohlik Group SE’s operations in Germany and Austria, providing critical legal guidance to enable safe, scalable growth across two strategically important markets.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include advising on commercial, corporate, regulatory, data protection, IP/IT, and e-commerce matters; drafting and negotiating contracts; managing legal projects end-to-end; collaborating with internal teams and external counsel; and identifying and mitigating legal risks with pragmatic, business-focused solutions.
• Part of a central Legal team with a market-facing scope, working closely with Finance, Operations, HR, and other functions to support Rohlik’s fast-scaling international business in an AI-first, innovative environment.
• Opportunity to own key legal topics independently, shape legal processes in evolving markets, work on high-impact strategic projects (including M&A and corporate governance), and grow professionally in a dynamic, flat-hierarchy culture that values initiative and learning from mistakes.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law (bar exam preferred)
• 5+ years of legal experience, ideally combining law firm and in-house exposure
• Strong experience in commercial law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
• Solid understanding of German and Austrian law required
• Fluent English and German required
• Proactive, independent worker with ability to manage multiple legal topics in parallel
