• Senior New Patient Coordinator role focused on managing inbound patient inquiries via SMS and conducting consultative phone conversations to guide prospective patients toward appropriate care steps.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and responding to SMS inquiries, conducting personalized phone consultations, scheduling appointments using Calendly, documenting interactions in CRM and EHR systems, executing timely follow-ups, maintaining patient confidentiality, and collaborating with internal teams for smooth onboarding.

• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work environment
• Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies
