  • • As Director of Revenue Marketing at LiveKit, you will build and scale the revenue marketing function from the ground up, directly impacting pipeline generation, self-serve signups, and revenue growth by aligning marketing strategy with sales and product objectives in a high-growth AI infrastructure company.
  • • You will lead a high-performing marketing team focused on driving qualified pipeline through field marketing, digital demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and product-led growth (PLG) initiatives, while establishing rigorous reporting frameworks to measure marketing’s impact on revenue.
  • • You will partner closely with sales leadership to design and execute field marketing programs that generate sales-ready leads, and collaborate with product and data teams to bridge PLG and sales-led motions through lead scoring, lifecycle nurture, and retargeting strategies.
  • • You will own end-to-end strategy and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns (paid, content, outbound) to achieve MQL targets and drive high-value user acquisition, while developing and launching an ABM strategy for enterprise accounts including target segmentation and team infrastructure.
  • • You will act as the strategic link between marketing and sales, bringing deep fluency in sales org structures, customer lifecycle stages, and key revenue metrics such as pipeline coverage, influenced vs. sourced revenue, stage conversion, and marketing ROI.
  • • You will build, hire, onboard, and develop a team of marketers tied to revenue goals, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a lean, fast-moving environment where no task is too small.
  • • You will thrive in a cross-functional role, aligning with sales, design, and product marketing (PMM) teams to drive alignment without slowing execution, and contribute to LiveKit’s mission of powering the voice-driven era of computing for customers like OpenAI, xAI, Salesforce, Coursera, and Spotify.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3–4 years managing a team, ideally leading a team of 3 or more marketers
  • • Proven experience leading field marketing teams aligned to regional sales targets and building pipeline-generating campaigns from scratch
  • • Hands-on expertise in running digital demand generation campaigns (paid, content, outbound) with measurable results in MQLs, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates
  • • Fluency in revenue marketing metrics including pipeline coverage, influenced vs. sourced revenue, stage conversion, and marketing ROI, with ability to speak the language of sales
  • • Understanding of PLG/self-serve motions and experience or strong intuition for connecting product-led growth with sales-led expansion
  • • ABM experience is a plus; ability to define target segments and build ABM strategy and infrastructure even without prior direct program ownership
  • • Demonstrated ability to build teams—not just manage them—through hiring, onboarding, and developing marketers tied to revenue goals
  • • Comfort setting strategy and rolling up sleeves in a lean environment; thrives in cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and design teams
