Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • Lead the design, evolution, and governance of PAR’s enterprise-wide Revenue Operations operating model across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to drive revenue predictability, productivity, and scalable growth.
- • Own and architect PAR’s revenue technology stack, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, MDQ, and Advanced Approvals, ensuring architecture-level fluency, data integrity, integration stability, and governance compliance.
- • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team focused on accountability, capability building, and execution speed within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
- • Serve as the strategic bridge between executive leadership and field execution, translating commercial strategy into durable operating systems, clear ownership models, and measurable financial outcomes.
- • Drive enterprise-wide initiatives to consolidate revenue platforms, standardize CPQ governance, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance pipeline integrity across the Restaurant Vertical.
- • Partner with GTM leadership and General Managers to enforce forecast discipline, align commercial objectives, and optimize segmentation, pricing governance, and GTM structure.
- • Own executive-level revenue intelligence reporting, including bookings integrity, attainment analytics, pipeline health dashboards, and investor-facing financial metrics.
- • Lead cross-functional transformation projects across Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations to reduce complexity, improve scalability, and align commercial processes with financial outcomes.
- • Implement and optimize modern revenue tech stack tools including Gong, Adobe Sign, Gainsight, and Avalara to enhance sales efficiency, contract automation, customer success tracking, and tax compliance.
- • Act as the primary architect of PAR’s Commercial Control framework, ensuring alignment between process, tools, data, and governance across all revenue-generating functions.
- • Deliver clear, executive-level communication to stakeholders and investors, translating operational performance into strategic insights and growth recommendations.
- • Operate with equal proficiency as both a long-term systems architect and a hands-on operator, balancing strategic vision with near-term execution in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
- • Champion a culture of ownership, simplification, and data-driven decision-making within the Revenue Operations function.
- • Ensure all revenue operations systems and processes comply with internal controls and support audit readiness for financial and operational reporting.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles, with strong SaaS industry experience
- • Deep Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, CPQ, MDQ, and Advanced Approvals — architecture-level fluency, not just configuration
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- • Track record of leading platform consolidations, CPQ governance programs, and revenue architecture initiatives at scale
- • Proven experience leading and developing RevOps or Sales Operations teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- • Familiarity with Gong, Adobe Sign, Gainsight, Avalara, and the modern revenue tech stack
🏖️ Benefits
- • Equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics
- • Reasonable accommodations provided for individuals with disabilities during the hiring process and in the workplace
- • Remote work flexibility within designated hub locations: Austin, TX; Philadelphia, PA; Minneapolis, MN; Chicago, IL; Champaign, IL; and Central New York (Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, New Hartford)
- • Opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution in a global restaurant technology leader
