  • • Serve as the foundational internal owner of Revenue Operations for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company serving the construction industry, ensuring revenue org operates on clean, trusted, and consistent data.
  • • Establish and enforce canonical definitions for core revenue metrics including ARR, MQL, activation, churn, and pipeline conversion rates across sales, marketing, finance, and product teams.
  • • Act as the internal arbiter for data discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing fixes at the source to ensure data integrity across systems.
  • • Own and maintain the company’s data dictionary, ensuring documentation remains current as business needs and systems evolve.
  • • Manage the full GTM tech stack including HubSpot, Maxio, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, data enrichment platforms, and their integrations.
  • • Make strategic build-vs.-buy decisions for revenue technology tools and manage vendor relationships to optimize stack efficiency and scalability.
  • • Partner directly with GTM engineers to translate operational needs into technical execution, setting direction while they build.
  • • Oversee and guide the external RevOps agency responsible for quote-to-cash automation across Salesforce, Maxio, and marketing systems, ensuring seamless handoff and alignment.
  • • Own pipeline reporting, conversion analysis, and revenue forecasting inputs presented to the executive team with accuracy and timeliness.
  • • Build and maintain self-serve dashboards that empower sales and marketing teams with real-time visibility into performance drivers and activity outcomes.
  • • Surface proactive data insights that drive decision-making, not just retrospective answers to questions.
  • • Act as the connective tissue between sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and product teams on all data and systems-related initiatives.
  • • Collaborate with the product team to ensure product usage signals from Amplitude are meaningfully integrated into GTM metrics, including activation, engagement, and expansion indicators.
  • • Apply the same rigor to product-side metrics (e.g., feature adoption, user retention) as applied to traditional GTM metrics.
  • • Build reporting infrastructure that is actively used and maintained by cross-functional teams, avoiding stale or underutilized dashboards.
  • • Operate in a fast-paced environment where rapid iteration from zero to polished is expected, with minimal process overhead.
  • • Leverage the company’s AI-powered construction platform and data infrastructure to enhance revenue operations through automation and intelligent insights.
  • • Contribute to shaping the future of RevOps at a company built by construction industry veterans and powered by cutting-edge machine learning.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related role at a B2B SaaS company
  • • Deep fluency in GTM tech stack including Salesforce or HubSpot, marketing automation, billing systems, and their integrations
  • • Genuinely data literate: comfortable writing SQL, reading data models, and having informed conversations with data engineers about technical possibilities
  • • Strong point of view on metric definitions and discipline to enforce consistency across teams that may push back
  • • Experience managing or closely partnering with technical GTM or data engineering resources
  • • Track record of building reporting infrastructure that is actively used and maintained by teams
