- • The Director of Technical Content at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. is a strategic leadership role responsible for creating authoritative, enterprise-grade content that builds trust, clarifies product value, and accelerates complex B2B sales cycles. This position operates with significant autonomy, shaping messaging strategy while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams to ensure technical accuracy and market relevance. The role is critical in translating sophisticated technical capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with C-suite and technical buyers in enterprise SaaS markets.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the end-to-end development of executive-facing and technical assets such as whitepapers, CIO guides, technical explainers, and solution briefs, all aligned to enterprise revenue goals. The Director will partner directly with Engineering and Product leaders to validate technical credibility and ensure content reflects real product capabilities. They will equip Sales teams with persuasive enablement materials designed to support late-stage deal progression and contribute to thought leadership initiatives that position the company as a category authority in competitive markets.
- • The team operates as a distributed, remote-first organization serving global clients, with a strong emphasis on asynchronous collaboration and results-driven work. 🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in Enterprise SaaS or highly technical B2B markets (AI/ML, data platforms, cybersecurity, cloud, developer tools, analytics)
- • Demonstrated impact on pipeline acceleration or revenue through strategic content initiatives
- • Experience translating complex product capabilities into executive-level business value
- • Strong collaboration history with Product and Engineering teams
- • Deep understanding of enterprise buyers and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- • Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies
