• • The Director of Telehealth leads the planning, implementation, and management of telehealth programs within a home health organization, driving improvements in patient outcomes, access to care, and reductions in rehospitalizations through strategic use of remote patient monitoring and virtual care services.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing telehealth strategy, overseeing remote patient monitoring and virtual care program expansion, integrating telehealth into clinical workflows, managing technology platforms and vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, tracking performance metrics, and leading staff training and patient engagement initiatives.
• • Fira Health, Inc. is a home health organization focused on leveraging telehealth innovation to enhance care delivery, particularly for patients requiring remote monitoring and virtual visits, with a mission to improve clinical outcomes and reduce avoidable hospitalizations.
