- • As Director of Total Rewards at Nextech AR Solutions Corp., you will lead the design, execution, and continuous evolution of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to support talent attraction, retention, and motivation in a high-growth SaaS environment, reporting directly to the SVP, Head of People & Culture and partnering with Executive Leadership to align rewards strategy with business objectives.
- • You will develop and implement competitive compensation structures including base pay, variable pay (bonus, equity), and long-term incentives, ensuring market competitiveness through regular benchmarking and analysis while maintaining compliance with EEO, HIPAA, ERISA, and other applicable regulations.
- • You will oversee the design and administration of comprehensive benefits programs including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement plans (401k), wellness initiatives, and time-off policies, continuously evaluating effectiveness and employee satisfaction to drive improvements.
- • You will lead recognition and reward programs that reinforce company values and performance, including spot awards, service awards, peer-to-peer recognition, and performance-based incentives, ensuring equitable and transparent administration across all employee groups.
- • You will partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal to ensure Total Rewards programs are financially sustainable, legally compliant, and integrated with talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning processes.
- • You will build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Total Rewards team, fostering a player-coach culture where you provide hands-on support in program implementation while developing team capabilities in analytics, program design, and stakeholder management.
- • You will leverage data and HRIS systems to analyze compensation trends, pay equity, benefits utilization, and program ROI, using insights to inform strategic decisions and communicate value to executives and employees.
- • You will stay current on evolving trends in Total Rewards, including flexible work arrangements, mental health support, financial wellness, and DEI-aligned compensation practices, recommending innovations that enhance employee experience and organizational competitiveness.
- • You will serve as a trusted advisor to functional VPs and ELT members, translating business goals into rewards strategies that support growth, retention, and performance in a scaling organization.
- • You will contribute to a culture of fairness, transparency, and inclusion by ensuring Total Rewards practices are equitable, clearly communicated, and aligned with Nextech’s commitment to diversity and equal opportunity.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP, GRP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- • 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role designing and managing compensation and benefits programs for organizations of 500+ employees.
- • Proven experience scaling Total Rewards functions in high-growth SaaS or technology environments, with deep knowledge of market pricing, incentive design, and benefits strategy.
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS, compensation analysis tools, and Excel; experience with data-driven decision making and pay equity analysis.
- • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, influence without authority, and balance strategic vision with operational execution.
- • In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits, including ERISA, HIPAA, EEO, ACA, and state-specific requirements.
