- • Own the entire venture funnel at Find.co’s newly-launched Venture Studio, turning raw ideas into revenue-generating businesses. You will design and continuously refine a repeatable process for intake, scoring, prioritisation, and governance that prevents great concepts from dying in slide decks.
- • Act as the primary match-maker between high-potential ideas and world-class Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EiRs). You will source talent through your network, run rigorous vetting sprints, negotiate engagement models, and pair each EiR with the concept that best leverages their unfair advantage.
- • Build and maintain a transparent decision framework that the executive team trusts. Every week you will present concise venture cases—complete with market sizing, early traction signals, and kill/continue/pivot recommendations—so that funding gates feel like science, not politics.
- • Lead lean validation sprints end-to-end: customer discovery interviews, smoke tests, concierge MVPs, and rapid iteration cycles. You will sit shoulder-to-shoulder with Product, Growth, and Engineering to ensure each experiment answers the riskiest assumptions in days, not months.
- • Ensure every new venture exploits Find.co’s existing assets—traffic, data, brand, and regulatory licences—so that spin-outs launch with unfair distribution rather than from a standing start. You will map internal capabilities to external opportunities and bake these synergies into the business model.
- • Manage a compact but high-velocity New Ventures team (Product Manager, Growth Marketer, Data Analyst, and part-time Engineers). You will set OKRs, run weekly retros, and foster a culture where speed, intellectual honesty, and post-mortems are celebrated more than vanity milestones.
- • Track portfolio-level KPIs: experiment velocity, kill rate, time-to-first-revenue, and follow-on funding ratio. You will turn these metrics into board-ready narratives that demonstrate the Studio’s ROI and guide resource allocation for the next quarter.
- • Champion an entrepreneurial mindset across the wider Find.co organisation. You will run internal workshops, publish playbooks, and create feedback loops so that lessons from failed experiments are recycled into smarter bets tomorrow.
- • Stay on the frontier of venture-building practices—attending Studio conferences, benchmarking against Atomic, Science, and Betaworks—and import the best tactics before competitors even hear about them.
- • Represent Find.co externally at industry events, podcasts, and VC roundtables, positioning the Studio as the premier European launchpad for ideas in iGaming, Crypto, and Digital Marketing.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in venture building, product strategy, corporate innovation, or startup leadership with at least two shipped MVPs that reached paying users
- • Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following sectors: iGaming, Crypto, or Digital Marketing
- • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and present data-driven recommendations to C-level or board audiences
- • Deep fluency in lean experimentation, rapid validation, and portfolio decision-making methodologies
- • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity while creating clarity for others
